Holycross and Templemore qualified for the Final after well contested qualifying games where Holycross produced a sterling performance to overturn last year's winners Templemore by the odd goal in three. The second half exchanges were evenly exchanged, however a gallant display from Holycross saw Stephen Ferncombe net the winner five minutes from time with a well taken goal. Holycross captain Gary Dwan accepted the Quigley Cup on behalf of the Holycross team. Thanks to all teams for their participation on the day despite the inclement weather conditions.
